Is Wilder going to be using this match as an experimental game and trying different tactics to try and see other ways United can play to solve this poor run or will Wilder be playing a full / close to with just a couple of changes team and going for the FA Cup as we are all but down or will Wilder be given Hackford and a few other youngster /reserve player a chance to impress to see if they can replace those senior players that are under performing at present

Ramsdale
Stevens
Robinson
Egan
Basham
Baldock
Norwood
Fleck
Burke
McGoldrick
Sharp

Ramsdale
Baldock - Bash - Egan - Robinson - Enda
Lundstram - Norwood - Fleck
Brewster - Mousset

Wouldn't really want Lunny but I think McGoldrick deserves abit of a rest.

I mean, it might be a good idea to play Brewster and Mousset and hope one of them scores? I'd possibly play Brunt though.

I agree we need to play a full strength team and generate a bit of confidence, get Wilders 100’th win out of the way.

I wouldn’t play Mousett though, ever again, he’s an absolute disgrace of a human being and the sooner he fucks off the better for everyone connected with Sheffield United 🤬

why's that

Play the 1st team they got us into this mess let them know they are playing for there futures

Because he’s absolutely fucking bone idle, he hasn’t broke sweat for more than ten minutes since he got here, he’s the very last type of person we need to give a shirt to in our current situation. In my opinion of course? 😩😩
oh right. absolute disgrace of a human being is a tad harsh lol

Probably depends on how many of the missing 9 from Saturday are fit. With one eye on the Newcastle game which is only 2 days later.

Full first team with a couple of bench slots for the academy lads. If it’s all going well then give them game time but winning is paramount.

Get a bingo machine, put 25 balls in, first eleven out get a shirt....if we haven't already been doing that.

Serious answer - the strongest 11.

Not sure which of the above 2 responses is actually the more credible 🙄

We are our "best" 11 and they lose. How is that gonna help with building confidence. Whatever team CW picks is under pressure to perform and win. Any thing less forget any come back for this season.

Back four, first team with a couple of usual bench players (bogle, lowe, brewster).

Brunt also needs a game just to switch up the midfield from its usual configuration

Maybe put a reserve side out, to save the first team confidence being knocked further..

Play the strongest team and try to use it as a springboard back to some confidence and form.

Their futures are in the Championship where they are ideally suited, so what difference playing in the Cup will make I don’t see
