I think since he's signed our level of performance as a team has dropped. He doesn't press and plays with very little intensity. He can't play on the front foot like we were doing the first of last season. He's constantly second to the ball, loses he man when tracking back. A few neat turns and sideways passes isn't going to make up for it.
