Sorry but that is just taking piss and ripping fans off, they should be free to air I won't be paying 14.99 a game trust me.

The money they could make with turning the premier league into a streaming platform would be astronomical and make the tv deals now look small fry
The WWE have the WWE network where it’s same concept as Netflix shouldn’t be that hard to do surely
£14.99!!!! I can get a blowjob for that.
If Netflix or wwe thought they could make more cash another way they would. Ask yourself.. would it bring in billions from the UK alone a year?
Whatever makes them the most they will go with.
Not a huge fan of online streaming for sports. Amazon was so delayed I was getting texts from mates at different tines as everyone seemed to be delayed! I did s test on two different apps on two different screens next to each other and they were 30 seconds apart!
The reason the premier league haven’t is because they don’t have the leadership or know how of how to do it
If you watch the video it shows how much money they could make which is madness
But the prem are probably content with just letting the TV companies dictate
There is one thing they do know how to do and that's make the most TV money possible.
Confirmed on the BBC - for October at least:

'Interim solution' for top-flight games
All Premier League fixtures will be available to watch live until the end of October, with some costing £14.95 per game on pay-per-view basis.www.bbc.co.uk
Having to pay for a Sky subscription AND PPV seems like a really bad deal to me - especially when you're still going to miss those on BT sport.
I suppose it's cheaper than the season tickets we would have been buying.
£15 isn't cheap to watch on TV, but it's not much compared to match day tickets especially if a few of you are watching (assuming that's allowed under the covid rules?).
If they are going to do this then they should re look at their live broadcasting schedule to make sure all the clubs have the same amount of live broadcasts because at present that is not the case
AgreeYou would think that Sky/BT will now start showing more of the less popular teams on the normal non PPV time slots, I can't imagine our match against Fulham is going to get that many buys.
Where??, asking for a friend£14.99!!!! I can get a blowjob for that.
Yeah. I think that's me done with Sky too. I'd rather take the grand a year that it costs and spend it in the pub, or put it towards a holiday. I've been saying I'll leave for years, but I think PPV football just nudges me over the line. To watch every game (minus the ones not selected for Sky coverage) that's easily an extra £400-£500 a year!
Even as someone who's moralised over people using illegal streams in the past.. there comes a point where you just have to admit defeat and join the crowd.
Really strange decision because they tried this before. It was called PremPlus, and shit load of people cancelled their subscriptions because they didn't agree with paying extra for it and it was eventually canned.
Random fact: the last ever game shown on PremPlus was Aston Villa v Sheffield United.
I get it, but £14.99? They can fuck off.
It's not like they're not already there filming it anyway. Why not come to a deal with Dazn and NBCSN etc and share commentators for games, spread the effort.
This is just a way of ripping people off, especially clubs such as us, West Brom, Burnley who won't be selected for TV games.
