Lad can certainly finish but the standard of the defending on most of those goals leaves an awful lot to be desired!

Also aided by some great creating by midfield, which is something we struggle with IMO.

We are on paper but my niggling fear is we are still as McCabe once famously said “trying to break the mould” when it comes to wages. If we persist with a below required wage structure for the market we are in and use funds to clean up the mess of the last 7 seasons the +£125m will read -£125m if we drop back down whilst maintaining our wage crusade.
