Loan them straight out to a Dutch club to get a work permit then you end up with a £50m player that Barcelona want to sign. Its easy money, don't know why we don't do it more often

Unlike a lot of the other suggestions in the rumour mill this one ticks a lot of boxes for me by offering something different to what we have now:
- scores a good amount of goals from pressuring the keeper/defence with his immense Herculean/JOC like physique.
- montage I watched shows him scoring by taking up good positions in a crowded penalty area (see Oli Watkins’ for a collection of bafflingly empty boxes)
- we offered £13.5 mil and they want £18mil, so if we met in the middle it’d be a relatively sensible 15.5 mil

To me that demonstrates that Brighton are a bit more cavalier with their chequebook than we are - if they are willing to pay some greasy middleman an obscenely large sum just for sitting next to French-Neil and selling him the dream of finishing 15th.
