If we don't sign someone soon , a lot of the optimistic posters on here will need a bigger dose of deludamol than the pigfans !

Think it's the form of Gary neville keeping him outDon't watch champions League or premier, bar us, but if KW is still playing at his best why the f*** is he not getting in the England set up
2 reasons, firstly I dont think Southgate likes his off field antics...but more importantly with Trent having tied the position down I think Southgate wants to blood younger right backs in the squad.Don't watch champions League or premier, bar us, but if KW is still playing at his best why the f*** is he not getting in the England set up
Hasn't he always don't that ?Pep done a Wilder with Kyle tonight and created a new system. Wing back/defenders going into CM positions, brilliant and not seen that done before.
Your move Chris.

Gusrdiola has definetley employed that tactic before at cityI have never seen Walker play 50% of the game in midfield. So for me no.

Not with Walker

Forget itLost me Eddie (not for the first time)
Forget it
You said Pep has done something not seen before, it is something he has done before and an example was provided. You then said not with Walker, but that wasn’t your original point. No, explain please in non Eddie language.
Would be the perfect fitthe only man alive capable of replacing basham.
Totally different players but have a feeling this will be like Lee Gregory situation. Both sides clearly want it to happen, boyhood fans admired by the manager, but I’m not sure the timing will ever be right. Like Gregory, when we’ll be ready to sign Walker, I’m not sure he’ll be good enough for us.
He has been on huge wages for some years and if he has been sensible (and he always comes across as that sort of bloke) then he probably doesn’t need the money. Some people are not motivated simply by money so he might be happy to take a massive pat cut to come back. At the end of the day £20,000 is not a bad income is it?
Always said he'd be perfect in the Basham roleOutstanding for England today. My MOTM

Dont know if it's been mentioned previously! Is this the first time 3 sheffield born players have been on the pitch playing for England.Outstanding for England today. My MOTM

And Blades academy graduates as well.
Perhapes you have the answer Silent amongst your historical files .
Probably not. Walker. Maguire, Vardy
Cahill is from Dronfield too (Sheff postcode)
That's definitely happened. How about three ex-Sheff U players on the pitch at the same time, which is what I thought of as it was happening?
What about three ex-academy graduates? All of which left us for a combined total of no more than £7 million its worth adding. That's definitely happened.
Cahill, Jagielka, Walker
