Sorloth was kinda linked but probably out of our reach now we didn't qualify for Europe.

King would be a great signing, but again, he's costing north of £25/30m.

Sorry all, it wasn't really a serious post - after growing up a fan of Nilsen and Jan Aage, there's something appealingly old-school about a scandi link.

Only one we might have a chance of is King, but it wasn't that long ago that Man U were sniffing round him.

You never know though...could be a way to steal a march on opponents post brexit with all the uncertainty around EU workers' rights:

For us old timers on here I'm not sure we can properly consider a further Norwegian transfer until we've heard a John Motson pronunciation of his name. Jostein Floooooo,. Roager Nilson ( although he doesn't mind being called Roger....,) Sheepskin coated accuracy. Saaaandere Berrrgu perhaps ?

He’s a good shout. Norway have got a good crop of young players coming through at the minute. Sander Berge being here would work in our favour if we were to be interested in any.

Ajer, Omar, Josh and Sørloth all look expensive, but less than what Villa spent last season.
Ajer started his career as an attacking midfielder, so he certainly posess quality on the ball.
