Indeed he has. Were we really interested in him? If so, why does it always seem that we leave it till last minute and let every other team get in first. This may not have been the case, but it would be nice to think if we'd got in touch with the lad and his agent that he would have chosen us over Norwich!!

We need to realise that people leaving the club is not down to a professional decision, but is very personal. If your face doesn't fit with Blackwell you don't last long. If we get Sam who are we going to swap him for next year?
