Come on, just because Blackwell says publicly it's not a must win doesn't mean to say he will instill that mental thought in his players, it also doesn't doesn't mean he won't set the team out to win. Maybe just maybe he's trying to sell Cardiff a dummy and will have the players fired up and in a formation that creates enough chances to grab a win that will go some way to saving his job.

Being a football manager is not like playing Championship Manager on your PC, there are humans and emotions involved and Blackwell is just playing the game.
