I'm glad McGoldrick is playing as the lone centre forward. The more practice he has doing that the better. He might be required to do it next season, and I can see him being capable of that role as he continues to evolve as a player.

He's brilliant, if they can find a midfielder that can find a pass and is willing to play on the ground more he'll get even better. It's slim pickings for Irish forwards at the moment.

Hendriks just keeps the ball until he's in no position to pass, Judge looked handy for them, as did Robinson. Hogan ran about and kept the ball when required. Perhaps having McG in a 2 would suit him more, let's him drop back into a 10 role.

ROI much improved though overall, just need to get rid of Keogh now, Egan is a shoe in there surely, Keogh looks stretched from the first minute.

Can only think that the two match play off coverage that Keough got has resonated in McC's mind. Then never having then vision to think about a much better player who played in a team too good to have to go through that three ring circus. Bad management.

Correct Sharrow....there is no system on earth where Egan isnt the better player and by a big margin. I honestly think both Egan and JOC can be £10m plus players by Xmas.

Very simple reason, Egan was due to play but they discovered he was still over the drink drive limit following the promotion party.
