Brentford ticket help

Hi,

Got a Brentford ticket but doesn’t seem to indicate adult in any definite way (has one of the small detachable sections on the side and a big A which might mean adult). Just want to check as would rather not get down there and find it’s a child ticket

Anybody able to confirm what an adult ticket should be like (or even better what a child one is like to compare)?

No, it lists all the different categories and age groups but that’s just standard print on the ticket. The big A also looks like is probably standard on all tickets rather than meaning something specifically for this ticket

The detachable stub has an A on it too so possible that they just remove that stub for it to become a child ticket - but I obviously don’t know how Brentford’s ticketing works

I’m almost certain it will be fine so was just looking for confirmation to put my mind at rest. Don’t recall ever not being able to somehow tell for sure before, though i would normally be buying a mix of adult and child tickets so would be able to just compare myself

I might be asking a really obvious question here but did you ask for an Adult ticket when you bought it? Did they charge you what you’d expect to be charged for an Adults ticket?

Yes and yes - but they could have sent the wrong thing etc. I guess I just assume is all fine (as it probably is) and sort it out down there if any issues

Yes - our ticket office can probably help me too I imagine. Was expecting might be quicker to compare with someone else but I may go down those routes if needed

it might be a childs ticket but if your dog is 2yrs old,in human years it will be 24 so will require an adults ticket.
