Totally agree. The shocking part is how some people are guessing and then "rationalising" their guess work.
Reality check... we all have bad days and get pissed off with people and say things we don't mean.

CW will always put out the best team that he feels can get a result... why would he not?

What does, "lost the dressing room", actually mean? If this is true, Brian Clough's players didn't like him but would run through walls for him on the pitch. I only won promotion once, 3rd to 2nd here. The manager was a twit, no one liked him, tactically inept, but we all played for him. in my experience, players have always moaned and felt they are the most important member of the team. Football dressing rooms are weird places, a psychologist's dream. Put it this way, I would rather have Wilder than any member of the current squad, if I had to choose.

I got chatting with one of our players today, (Let’s just say we move in the same circles) I’m not going to mention which one but I will tell you he was part of the league one winning side and is still a regular today. He clearly doesn’t like Wilder and basically told me he’s lost the dressing room and he’s out of his depth (i couldn’t believe it after 3 straight wins)

Players being benched that are clearly good enough and out of form players playing instead was the general theme of his whinge.

I wouldn’t get so wound up about it chaps. If it’s true then the player might keep schtum in future in case a personal conversation ends up on a fan’s forum and if it’s false then good news. As long as we keep on winning and Wilder gets rid of the players who don’t want to play for him we’ll be ok. If we start losing then Wilder out, it’s all his fault for losing the dressing room

If the player said “keep this to yourself” then fair enough but by the sounds of this story, Prestonblade5 has no friendship with the player.

So if the player is happy to share such information with a stranger then to me it’s fair game. The player can’t be that naive to think that information he tells to a fan won’t end up on Facebook/Twitter/forums.

It could only be JOC. His attitude seems different to last, probably wanted to leave for Brighton so still getting over the disappointment. He hasn't done any interviews this season and did I read on here before, I think it was after the QPR game, where he was seen to be having words with Wilder or something?
