Isn't the manoeuvre where HRH has "gifted" a portion of his ownership from UTB to whoever controls UTB 2018 so they are no longer his allegedly.

Is the Prince sidestepping the purchase of the ground? Is that a separate issue?
At the end of the day, a Judge's interpretation will sort matters. There's no winner here unless they sell the club on almost immediately.
My worry is not about who wins but that we may not be at BL.
Nothing in that document mentions anything about either of the possible owners future plans for the club if they get sole control.....so the document is irrelevant in that respect. McCabe might just sell us off to the first bidder, or keep us in austerity until he gets fed up or too old to care anymore for all we know.Nothing in that document suggests we would be better off and it's already known Wilder was less than happy with what the Prince was doing last season, including new employees turning up out of the blue.
Nothing's certain in football but I wouldn't foresee Wilder staying if the Prince takes over and I wouldn't blame him if he walked.

Legal affairs and financial matters are my two weak points so assuming it's fairly accurate this helps a lot.There are four extremely experienced and highly paid Chancery Counsel supported by some very experienced and expensive support lawyers arguing the toss with each other in front of a Chancery Judge. None of them know it all and none can predict the outcome. Judge says he can't rule out that McCabe possibly has a case, but can't grant him what he wants now on an interim basis. Judge has said that both sides are as someone has already said on here, ladies front bottoms.
Its not simply about contract law though, there's a Company Act petition in there as well and just to confuse even further a counterclaim alleging lawful or unlawful means conspiracy which is an economic tort (civil wrong)
In summary this is how it works:-

I have out of the goodness of my own heart gifted this LLP (Wot is nuffink to do wiv me honest guv) 80% of my shares. By simple arithmetic DD I only got 20% of the shares, plus your 50%, makes 70%. That means I get you out for £5mill and I don't have to take the property assets.

PPP - I demand specific performance, which means DD that you have to sell to me for £5mill and that's the deal.
Kev - No way, you cheated, you and your devious lawyer agreed to do a deal to rook us out of millions. We counterclaim to make you do the original deal and for damages and if you just so happen to win on the specific performance damages amounting to what you have cheated us out of.

I said it years ago when McCabe split the ground and academy from the football club that we could end up going down the same road as Rotherham United. HRH gets control of the team but McCabe holds on to the assets a bit like the Booths at Rotherham still owning Millmoor while the club under a new owners says fuck you your rent is too high we will build a new stadium down the road. Now then in the meantime where could United find a stadium not too far away capable of holding 25-30,000 fans. It is looking more and more like another monumental McCabe fuck up.

I can't remember who told me this (actually I think I can, just not 100% sure), but I heard that the Prince wants to bring his uncle in on the deal, who is legit very rich (in other words, a real Billionaire), but that the Uncle only wants to come in, if we build a new stadium near where the Sheffield airport was, close to the Parkway and the link to the M1. Apparently some land has been identified. So in other words, the Prince doesn't actually need BDTBL.
This could all be utter bollocks of course, but we know that, in the modern era, having £100 million, or there abouts, just isn't enough these days. I don't know his uncle, or indeed which uncle it is, but the story was that he is seriously minted.
Anyway, it's a sad time for SUFC, two joint owners going to court.

- McCabe was willing to provide cash via a loan, Abdullah via a gift. Neither would agree to the other method, and Abdullah in particular doesn’t view a cash injection as necessary now the Brooks cash is in.
- The Brooks deal, stated here, is £11.5m, split as usual into instalments, with £4m due this season (one of 3 instalments over the next 18 months)
- We’re due £600k this season in installments from previous sales
- The judge felt the need to emphasise to Abdullah that he’s wrong to characterise spending on new players as unnecessary!

You're conflating cashflow with P&L (budget).
McCabe's view (supported by the "Business Managers") is that the operating cashflow requirements of the club between July 2018 and January 2019 is £10m. This allows £7m for transfers and wage bill increase in that period. The Prince's view is that the cashflow requirements are "only" £3m. Both assume that in the period £600k is received for transfer outgoings (we can probably assume that this includes the loan fees for Thomas, Heneghan and Carruthers).
The Brook's deal added £4m of cash into the club on July 1st and will, assuming the 18 month timescale is correct, add another chunk in January 2019 (probably £2.5m). That covers £6.5m of cashflow - enough to give Wilder a budget of £3.5m for fees and wages without any need for the owners to supply more funding (although what happens after January is anyone's guess). The drop from £7m to £3.5m is probably what is causing the Hogan/Gallagher deals to stall.
