Come on then, everyone's thinking about It, it affects every blade in one way or another, so what do you thinks going to be the outcome of all this boardroom bollocks!?

McCabe to rule.....
Prince deep pockets to take control....
Stay as joint owners and let us carry on with buttons for budget......

What's guna be th'outcome!!?????
The outcome will be that both parties sell out to another investment consortium. A foreign one. An Eastern one.

Even if I accept , for arguments sake , that the Saudis want an English club , what on earth would possess them to buy the categorically unluckiest one in the entire history of league football ?
Surely there are enough sleeping giants like MK Plastics with affluent Southern catchment areas close to London , which their advisers would prefer ?
Or just buy an "off the shelf" Prem club at a healthy premium over current market capitalisation , taking no risk that promotion might not happen.

Answers:

1. We are not the unluckiest club in the Football League.
2. There are very few “sleeping giants”
3. Milton Keynes is not near London or situated in an affluent catchment area.
4. It would be far more expensive to buy an established Prem club and the ability to make money on that is less attractive than taking a club from outside the Prem and getting it to the Prem.

May I also add?

The “development potential” of a club is probably the greatest attraction, particularly if there’s land or property development opportunities that come with it.

I give you...

Sheffield United FC

Not cursed. A genuine sleeping giant. Very well supported and situated a populous catchment area. Not expensive to buy. Significant development potential, including land and property.

Does that help?

All I know is that Wilder and Knill are more important to this club than either of these two. They need to sort this out and quick, so we don't lose them.

Wilder will want McCabe to stay. He's made no secret of the fact we're still a 'local' club with a fan as Chairman, Captain and Manager.

I think He's nervous about the Prince coming in as he sees him and KM as allies.

I'm personally excited for the Prince to get full control. It's United, it will no doubt fuck up but we'll have a rollercoaster ride en-route.

Here's our new away shirt BTW.

The Prince will have connections that could bring in much needed investment.
Sheffield United would be a good attraction to a wealthy backer who would like to take a good football club with huge potential to another level.
I personally feel positive about the whole thing, but then again I always do look on the bright side of things.

How can you prove that? Nonsense.

Tony Bloom is the main man at Brighton and he is a billionaire. He has already put over £200m into the club since 2009 and paid for a new stadium.

Matthew Benham is the main man at Brentford and he is a billionaire. He has already put £100m into the club, since 2012 and is currently paying for a new stadium.

They can’t agree a valuation until we know if we’re in this division or up through the playoffs. It can’t happen any earlier than that.
We've all known for last couple of weeks haven't we??

That is possibly the best, or only, chance of significant incoming funds, but even so is probably a longshot. Thank God for the abilities of CW & AK to mould a team and pull rabbits out of the hat.

Would you waive £10s of millions of your own money before it was categorically ruled out? I wouldn’t.
You have £10s millions...............do you have a daughter??

Prince Abdullah follows Stoke City FC on Twitter so I'm guessing if he gains full control our red and white stripes are safe as he maybe has a deckchair fetish. Either that or he's keeping an eye on Crouch to get on the end of our chances :)

I don't. I think he understands the club and our principles now. I think the reason for the debacle is that McCabe wants to sell the club but doesnt want to deep down. Like splitting up with a bird. You know it's right but she's got cracking tits.

That said, I don't think the Prince is rich enough to spend big. Maybe a few £2-3m, players nothing more. Sometimes change is good
He doesn't understand the club or principles if he did he would want to take on the academy and everything else whereas he's only interested in the first team and ground (which can't even fund on his own)

In Barnsley they do. Grandad Mum Dad Sister Brother as well.

He's had those connections since he joined. Not seen any sign of them being utilised. All I see is funding the status quo, i.e. a loss. No improvement or hint of proper investment. I don't see why anyone should have any confidence in the bloke.
