Away end stewards

I expected more of a reaction, but to be fair, sometimes the tactic is to not spark a reaction and deal with it retrospectively with assistance from CCTV.

They never wade into Millwall for example.

You'd think with him isolated, take him down and out though.
 
Did they get him in the end ? I lost sight of the bugger after he'd been sucked back into their stinking morass.

Every match now the underclass of some rat hole or another are allowed to run the fucking length of the pitch before anyone tries to stop them.

Not a brilliant tactic if he suddenly decides to start attacking players instead of just arsing about.

This is where we miss a trick, we need a john street west pen again, corral the fuckers into that area and let the animals take over

We could introduce a variety of animals in there, perhaps tigers for hull or a shark tank for Blackpool... or Millwall fans for when Leeds come down. Sky would pay for it

Must be especially galling when the coppers all on good salaries/overtime rates stand there mob-handed, scratching their arses while the club pays through the nose for the privilege.

This is the point - they don't get paid enough to be taking on nutters from Leeds or Millwall.

The two coppers in front of H Block videod the whole antics of that twat who ran on the pitch. What are they going to do, put it on Facebook?
 
It very quickly became apparent that they were just going to let him straight back into the crowd. I'm not aiming this at the stewards, but the plod. Where fucking were they? All stood pointing at him, but doing the square root of fuck all about it. We, the club have to pay a premium in extra policing costs because of tossers like him, for them to do absolutely nothing.
 
Nothing short of a joke.

The steward who let him run past him and then tried to pretend he'd just realised was ridiculous.

I agree the wages arent great but frankly you know the potential so if you don't fancy it find another Saturday job.

I certainly think the security should be chosen carefully for games such as today if they're going to be expected to stand in front of away fans with a rep.

Said the very same thing to bloke next to me on Westfield Upper.
I thought they were videoing it to send to Beadle for a nice £200 earner.
They are happy to let old fellas and young lasses wade in whilst they ponce about with Go Pros. Bunch of useless bell ends.
