Where the defending side basically runs with the player with the ball....doesn't jump in to tackle but it's like shadowing. Defender gets down low and usually sideways on too as they run. Idea being they might force a player wide or onto their weaker foot for instance. Full backs do it the most.

Said we bossed the game for the first 20 to 30 minutes with Carruthers being particularly impressive.
Said Stoke gradually came into it and it was an even 2nd half.

Said that overall Sheffield just about deserved their win and much to think about for Mark Hughes.

Their radio presenter has just said it's disappointing because he expects most of that team to start against Everton in the PL.
