The money we got for Che Adams represented a fabulous deal for us . He was absolutely fucking garbage and his move and the fee received is remiscent of Jordan Slews move .
The downside however is that the move tells us all we need to know about the league we are now in . 1.8 million spent by Birmingham City for Che Adams shows us the ludicrous sums other teams in our division are prepared to spend on shit . And it also shows us exactly why clubs will play hard ball with us when we bid for their players ...... championship clubs come calling for the better players in the league below had better be prepared to shell out some serious cash , look at what Birmingham were prepared to pay for shit !
Ask yourself this . Firstly , would Wilder have been prepared to spend 1.8 million on Adams? And secondly , is the reason why Wilders bids for Leonard and Holmes have been rejected because he's undervalued them or is it because their respective clubs have overvalued them ? I know what I think
