When?
You carry on doffing your cap to wealthy Tories who couldn't give a toss about you and believing what you read in the Sun.
For the rest of us, as the legendary Sam Cooke sang, "a change is gonna come...".
The sooner the better.
If the Tories were as bad as the left attempt to make out they wouldn’t have won the last THREE elections. The whole argument is that the 1% screw us. I always ask how is the 1% out voting the 99%?
It's quite a long answer, is that one. Lies and gullibility would be a neat summary.
yet he is still here he could have sold up and left at any time during those 6 years but he stayed with us, take it from someone who knows him personally and keeps in touch with him from time to time, he is a born and bred blades fan he didn't invest in this club because its a well known football club he invested in this club because he loves the club and wants to see the blades be successful
Telling quote in that Mirror piece. McCabe rejected Carson Yeung, last seen fighting money laundering charges. Could have easily taken the £££ and washed his hands when the first con man came along
And there's more, but unreported.
Ooooh, would love to know what secrets lurk Snowey...
The lights would go out anyway as they wouldn't be nuclear powered.
He'd probably ban football too, in favour of jam making competitions.

They didn't expect it to take so long to get back.Credit where credit is due, McCabe got it very right with Wilder and has supported this club financially for a long period. But, if we are to compete for the Premiership we need extra investment. (Which Kevin admitted himself).
My dissapointment lies in that the prince was suppose to provide this level of investment and has clearly lost desire too. Either that, or they both didn't predict the financial commitment of Championship football.
The financial requirements have changed substantially in the intervening period.
Of course it makes a difference. That doesn't make any difference, McCabes attitude hasn't ..... as we are finding out, January now isn't it ?
Announcing you are gonna buy sumat, and waiting 6 years to do it, then being suprised when the cost has gone up is a bit oddOf course it makes a difference.
If you are told something will cost a hundred pounds but by the time that you are in a.position to buy it the price has gone up to a thousand pounds, are you still going to buy it?
I think you will find that the six year wait was to some extent outside the control of the board and Mr McCabe and the Prince have hardly locked their cash away during that period.Announcing you are gonna buy sumat, and waiting 6 years to do it, then being suprised when the cost has gone up is a bit odd
But not as odd as doing it over and over again .............. January, I understand now ........ if the conditions are right I presume
and this is just me .... the cost will have gone up again

I have no love for "wealthy tories" (or even wealthy hypocritical socialists for that matter) but I can recognise a walking disaster when I see one ..... and Corbyn is a real danger to our Country on many levels
UTB & FTP
You stick with Mother Theresa and the garbage you are spoon fed by the Tory press. Your last statement is pure Daily Mail and with the same amount of substance in the rhetoric. Zero.
What does he say that's not reported ?He he he ...... I don't read newspapers mate because they all have their own bullshit to spout; whether it be the Sun, The Daily Mail, The Guardian The Mirror, or the Daily Star !!
However, you just have to listen to the utter rubbish that Corbyn says (not what is reported) to know that he's dangerous ..... it would be like putting a paedophile in charge of the pre-schoolAsking for disaster !!
No ..... if it comes to a vote ..... anyone but Corbyn .....
UTB & FTP
It's a bit like the work Dean Hammond did that was unseen. What does he say that's not reported ?
It's lovely for ladies I agree.Whats up Wi mail
An Islington socialist luvvie who supports a rough tough working class club like, er,..... Arsenal.
As I said, he has no interest in football.
This is general Blades chat, plenty of politics threads in general chat
I wonder which team Mother Theresa supports. Perhaps one that was once a power in the land but is in irreversible decline and heading for obscurity. A team who has little support and what it has is primarily amongst the elderly. They neither offer nor have any hope for the future.
One of my pet hates is celebs and especially politicians who 'support' teams afterwards. If a local MP was a pig before they were elected, then I can cope with that. What I detest is the association with a local club to show a link with 'the people'. Blair's talk of watching Jackie Milburn was particularly cringeworthy, hence my dislike for Corbyn (and BTW I've generally been a Labour voter). FFS living in Islington and supporting Arsenal does not make you a champion of the oppressed proletariat! I'd be very interested to hear about his first game and how many games per season he makes.
Football was unfashionable in the 80s and I don't remember any local MPs talking about United. Suddenly when the Premier League comes along, Caborn is a 'big Blade' (in the free seats of course). I could be wrong here and maybe someone will say they sat next to him against Port Vale n 1999, but somehow I doubt it.
They are all in it for what they can get. Some of them happen to do a decent job, but 'friends of the working class', they are not. Just look at the absurd generousity of the MP's pension scheme. If an MP joins the long queues at 2.50 on Shoreham Street then fair play but I have to say that is not my experience.
Any other 'Blade MPs' we can "out"?
