Daniel Levy is a shrewd businessman....or Twat as I prefer to call them.

Don't be surprised to see another player go there too as part of the deal.....two players for 30m....Walker for a quid the other player for a quid short of £30m.

West Ham apparently
The West Ham transfer policy is utter garbage, they bring some right wank players in for the league they're playing in for respective fortunes.

They've been fortunate that the clubs at the bottom of the Prem are utter bobber otherwise there would have been serious questions asked if relegated.

They're also a club who think they have a define right to be in the Premier league, utter cunts!

Signing Adams would be brilliant for Adams and us but diabolical for West Ham so I hope they sign him.

10% walker could be £3m
15% maquire could be £1.5m
25% (?) Adams could £1m

Could be cashing in north of £5 million this summer, fucking pitch is going to look awesome
Are these % for the total transfer. Or just for the money they receive above the original fee we received.

What is we buy Maguire back?

I had exactly the same thought this morning too.

IMO - Harry is worth £20m of anyone's money. He's played as well if not better than Gibson and that lad from Burnley - and the parashoot payments should ensure that they don't need a fire sale.

Levy loves a hard bargain so if Walker goes it will be for big money. I'd guess at £40m plus - he would probably want a near world record for a defender and being honest can you name a better right back atm?

Fingers crossed from some bidding wars!

Personally think it could be more than the figures you quote

Man City want Kyle Walker and reports are they are prepared to go up to £50m

Regards Maguire, Spurs, Liverpool and Newcastle interested, so hoping for a Dutch auction. Rags valuing him at £15m

Wouldn't disagree on the Adams valuation

Walker - £40m - 10% = £4m
Maguire - £15m - 15% = £2.25m
Adams - surely West Ham aren't that stupid

It's looking very likely that we'll get a £6m+ bonus this summer. As long as the clauses are rock solid and Levy can't worm his way out of it.

Would be happy if we used it to make one quality signing we wouldn't otherwise make.

I'd like it if they spent it on catering courses so that I don't have to take a lump hammer and bolster chisel in order to enjoy my pie.

Still doesn't make it right for giving the first two away for buttons?

Tottenham shafted us with the Kyle Naughton to Swansea transfer and wriggled out of giving any cash for the sell on clause. There's no reason to suspect they won't do the same with Kyle Walker

It's normally a percentage of the profit isn't it?

Forgive me for being ignorant mate but who is this Gibson you speak of?

Ben Gibson ,been scouted by most top clubs nephew of Steve Gibson Middlesbrough owner
Cheers, Fm.

I suppose it shows how much notice I take of the Premier league nowadays, it's merely a fleeting interest.

More likely they've ended up shafting themselves.
From what i've read, they argued they spent 5m on Naughton, then sold him for 5m. As the sell-on fee only applies to profit, we got nothing.
However, that means they only spent 2m on Walker. So anything above 2m, we have a sell on for.

How did spurs shaft us? These deals are done through official transfers, whatever the deal was it has to be dealt through an official contract through solicitors etc if our side didn't do their due diligence then thats our fault nobody elses surely?

We would also need to break the wage structure for a signing of that value and it seems Wilders is not keen on doing that.

Didn't say we should spend £6m on one player!

More like £2.5m on someone who could give us something extra, like Irvine, Maddison, Gallagher or Watkins (Exeter). That wouldn't necessarily mean paying more than 15k p/w in wages.
