My two pen'orth.
1. I think it's a daft idea on footballing grounds only.
2. No matter what Wilder thinks he knows who pays his wages and as long as it is not "his budget" that is affected he can live with it.
3. I'm more interested in how it got leaked and by whom.
JordoBlade indicated very positively it was to happen and maintained that it came from a Chesterfield director. How about this scenario. Chesterfield FC have had an offer to purchase them plus proof of funds. Due diligence must now take place. As part of that due diligence the club has to divulge that there is an agreement to sell an asset. Not that they are going to sell an asset in the future, but that there is an existing agreement to sell. Someone with no love for SUFC or party to any duty of confidentiality lets that out.
All speculation of course.
