Seen bits of him and he looks decent.
However how many Scottish failures have we had l? Only Jamie Murphy who was a success

Coutts was from derby and fleck Coventry. I mean players who actually played in Scotland. Aka Lyle Taylor etc

Without wanting to labour the point, both Coutts and Fleck have played for Scottish clubs (Cove Rangers & Rangers respectively) even though Utd didn't sign them from them. I don't think it's sensible to write-off any player that have played for a Scottish club as you seem to be doing just because some shockers (McNulty, Scougall etc.) have been signed by the club in recent years.

To be fair, i think sufcboy95 was referring to players we have actually signed from the Scottish leagues.
both Fleck and Coutts were signed from English clubs.

Ah. Apologies. In that case I certainly can't offer Higdon as an example.

He's always seemed like one to look at but not sure I'd want him in the Championship. He'll be 30 in July too.

He's a very good player, would very much be missed at Pittodrie

Scores goals, links up well with more attacking players and has matured very well the last few years.

He does well for Aberdeen but I've a feeling that's because he's playing in a team that batter awful opposition week in week out (with one obvious exception). Personally think he'd struggle in the championship where he'd have a lot more of a scrap on his hands. Certainly one or two Dons players I'd personally prefer to get in before him.

He's probably our third best player to be honest, behind Jonny Hayes and Graeme Shinnie.

Aberdeen have quite a decent team at the moment but McGinn is still one of the first names of the teamsheet.

I think he'd do fine in the Championship.

Got his 50th cap for Northern Ireland the other night.

I think Logan and Rooney are both more important to the team personally but yeah he has had a good season and hasn't gone missing in as many games as previous years. He wouldn't get in our current team our current team though I wouldn't say?
