A lot of people on here was saying it was the worst league one ever when donny went up with 84 points. These lads don't deserve the same tag by other clubs. They are so much more of a team than in our 1st season, I'd love us to stretch the lead now and get 92+ points. Like I said it doesn't really matter just need to get up & out of this dump.

If we get promoted I won't care how we've done it, but I'd love to see us go up as champions just to see us win something. My dream scenario is having us up with at least a game to spare, then being able to have a home game that's nothing but a party atmosphere. I fucking hate the confidence growing in me. That's how you get hurt.

28 makes it mathematically certain, 20 will probably be enough...

Weird, because up to now we are the only team averaging two points a game.
But on the other hand, up to December Scunny were getting well over that landmark figure. Their form has drastically fallen off a cliff since then.

So, two teams could still get above that average and pip us. But looking at how they are playing it seems unlikely. Most of those teams are just too far back to challenge us if we manage to get say 8 points from the next 5 games...dropping only 2 points from that 2 point average we will still more than likely be 7 points clear of third place.
At the moment I believe we are just playing too well. Confidence is high in the team, but not to the point of thinking they can just turn up and win. Wilder and Knill have things running like a well oiled machine and though we may have a defeat or two yet it won't be through being outplayed more likely one of those days where things don't go our way. We should therefore manage the 7 wins I think will be enough to go up and more than likely win the league.
