McNulty getting pelters on another thread for being a pisscan, sucking a lollipop and wearing a jumper round his shoulders. We sign this Carruthers bloke and everyone's celebrating - I can't be the only one on the forum who thinks tipping a pint pot of piss off a balcony onto unsuspecting folk below is a bit of a cunt's trick.

Compare and contrast....

You're not wrong. Although if I recall correctly he only filled the glass up, someone else tipped it over the balcony...

I said we needed more depth in midfield and the club listened. Well done United.

To that I'd say...

1. Carruthers is a much better player than McNulty.

2. Numerous managers haven't liked McNulty whereas Carruthers has been a constant throughout a good period for MK Dons.

3. Wilder's signed Carruthers. He wouldn't sign him if he was a problem character. Certainly when things are going so well.

I thought the picture evidence on here last night was that someone tipped a glass of water over the balcony? If not the lad must have been pissing neat Vodka..........

Looking forward to seeing the lad play for us.
Should be a good signing.

UTB!

I think most away day blades have urinated in various glasses bottles bushes alleyways tube stations and in seanbeenstatoo case, down your trousers .this Samir is a light weight lol :)

Have we ever moved this fast in a transfer window before? I am sure we must have, but not for a while.

Let's not to forget to thank Alan Knill, whose "Fax Machine fixing for beginners" course at college has proved invaluable.

Except he didn't do that. He peed in it and put it on the side, unless there's some footage I haven't seen? No pun intended ;)

No matter what stupid trick he did at a race course, I for one will be interested to see how he fares at SUFC. Looks like he goes into a tackle fast, and comes out with the ball, then off loads quickly. If he can help break up play in the middle of the park, then I assume that is the role that CW has in mind for him. I would still like to see another proven striker come in as we are leaving all the hard work to Billy, although I think Freeman will end up on double figures at this rate.

I give McNulty "pelters" because he's shit. Nowt to do with his behaviour.

I think Robinson thought he was going to Charlton..good to hear he thinks he's one of the best midfielders in the division.....see 51/2 minutes in.

He's quite like Morsy in a lot of ways, and is even very similar in appearance! So it's funny that we've signed him exactly a year after we were linked with and should've signed Morsy in identical circumstances (6 months on contract etc).

Don't agree mate, I think his body language and face tell a different story, he already knew he had been knocked back and the lad was bound for BDTBL at that point.

I couldn't give a flying feck so long as he puts in a shift when Tufty sends him on to the pitch.

He could suffocate puppies in his spare time for me, so long as he excels in the job of work my ticket money pays for.

Let's hope it's the astute signing Wilder is becoming synonymous with. This will have been a long-term wish that Wilder has now turned into our reality.

Well done Chris, we finally appear to be a side that doesn't sign talent that has the look of a flogged horse. The present and future is what Wilder considers, no has-beens, no promises that are shown to be false, we now have a manager who buys astutely, at a price and age that will allow us to build a squad equipped to compete at a higher level. This could be a great reinforcement for the remainder of this season and with next year in mind. At last, we're buying exciting talent, can't wait to see who's n
