So - what is his natural position? Centre mid?
Which one of our midfielders is he an improvement on?
Done today expects Giddings
I'd hope he's an improvement on at least a few of our options (ie Reed, Basham).Doesn't necessarily have to be. Certainly looks like a different option though.
Are we sure the 1st division side who have had a bid accepted isn't Charlton? Would make more sense with robinson
This signing seems a bit odd to me. We seem to be strengthening where we are strongest.
I can't see him wanting to sign to be backup and I can't see why we'd drop Coutts, Fleck or Duffy in his favour either.
Samir is a very, very good player. Still young and can get frustrated quickly but he's sorted his head out but he can still get a bit lively.
Why do you ask? <rolly eye emoticon>
At 5.30 Karl Robinson's reaction to Carruthers being left out:

Currently if Coutts or Fleck drop out for a game then it makes a big change to us with Basham stepping into the middle. At least one of those players will get suspended if not injured.
Anyone got any idea on the fee? My guess is circa £250,000.
