Coventry's home record: Played 10, scored 10, conceded 7.

One of the best home defences in the league and they generally don't get hammered.

Maybe they're at rock bottom now though so a heavy home defeat wouldn't be a massive shock.

So they average just 1 goal a game at home then? Yes? And in 7 out of every 10 home games they concede at least one goal.

They have lost 5 games in a row and are 1 point off the bottom of the table. If you don't think that this should be a comfortable win at this level, then who on earth is going to be a comfortable win? Because there are only 3 teams below them in the table and 1 point in it?

You know what, honestly? I firmly believe there are NO easy games at this level, or at any other level tbh. On the day it's 11 men v 11 men. You can absolutely play the other team off the park and some fluke goal or controversial decision robs you of all 3 points. That's what makes football such a great game - the unpredictability of it. However...

there are some games when you reasonably expect to win, barring some kind of fluke like I spoke about.

And this is one of them.

Anything less than a victory by 2 clear goals tonight will suggest an under par performance by the Blades, or a remarkable upturn in form by the Sky Blues.

Got to be a blades win, 3-1 final score, really hope sharp gets on the board and his form infront of goal kicks up for the second half of the season.

Four times more people think we'll win 7-0 than those that think we'll win 1-0.

Sadly the Runarounders aren't that gracious. They wish failure on his replacement and make up false stories as to why he should not be in the team.

Once again you hijack a thread (score prediction at Cov) for your own purposes.

Given how CW backed Done on Saturday you have now moved on from attacking him directly, to attacking these mythical 'runarounders'.
Where are they? What seats do they sit in and what are there names on here?

You are using classic 'straw man' arguments as you well know. FFS, what Blade would wish failure on a new striker? Whether he replaces Done or not is irrelevant, we'd all back him and want him to score.

Give it a rest man.

I have....

Edit - I hope he gets a hat-trick tonight..

He lost his place due to your sibling CW wanting to give the man he brought in a chance to prove himself whilst giving Matty Done a break, your sibling then realised it quite clearly wasn't working and decided to go back to what was working, making the team better in the meantime, leading to better results. Thank fuck for your sibling pinchers. ;)

You must be thinking of my Chinese half- brother Mi Sib Ling....

Coventry 1-2 Blades

Sordell 21'...............Fleck 33', Sharp 70'

It will be a tough game and quite a good game, closely fought with plenty of football being played.

Told ya!

I'm giving myself a pat on the back for this one. Even predicted the 2-1 with Sharp scoring the winner!
