The point is basically that although the prince is a 50% shareholder in BL Ltd which as you know in turn makes him 50% owner of SUFC Ltd, the ground is under SU Ltd, owned by McCabe and Scarborough Group. So although the Prince is technically listed as 50% owner, realistically he isn't, as if the deal was to go pear shaped, McCabe has full ownership of the ground etc.

Oh, I wouldn't say so. It was a deal that suited McCabe because of previous post, but although the prince didn't invest in the company which holds the ground, he invested in the one that will return on his money if we ever end up being profitable. Just like any other investment really.

You've ignored the point that McCabe was involved overseas before our PL season Lincoln. In China particularly. As I said, if you know one of them, ask them why they didn't do basic research over that, or if they did, why didn't they mention it?

Read page 378 again. Even Armstrong and Bell don't claim the CCM tie up was part of the Valad deal. It wasn't, your claim is 100% wrong on that.

It's perfectly reasonable to query why it only actually came about just before the Prince came on board.

You stated as if it became an active company in 2009, when it didn't. I presume you know that it didn't.

Why didn't you state the full facts?

No. They say categorically it happened around the same time. That's all. They do not say it was part of the Valad deal. Which it wasnt. The Valad deal involved them buying part of a Scarborough Company.

I would be very interested to know why Nigel Clough was sacked by McCabe. Given the rumour that it wasn't on football grounds - and given funny little Nigel has just led Burton to 6th in the championship this sounds sound - why was it? Did Clough tell McCabe how it is? He's leading us to hell in a handcart.

Nice try. The facts? I said, The company was incorporated in July 2009. Never mentioned active or suggested it. Stop lying.
It was claimed that it was "created" ( and there's the point) "just before Princey came on board". Some other clown agreed - see below.
