Obviously united are stupid enough to offer a contract extension regardless of performance- but I fail to believe even we would forget to write into it that his wages would be renegotiated first....ok, I'm not overly confident.

People are happy with that, that's all. And yes, it does provide excitement, because it certainly provides more excitement than what would have been the case had we retained a bunch of them.
