Let's hope WW can draw at the rust bucket, we will not have a striker left for the play offs at this rate. I never rated BT 1st time round thought him an idle tosser, now I just think he is a complete tosser.
 
I am happy to admit I was wrong on BT.

Really thought he would still have more class about him.

i have back this guy when everyone else has slated him,my thoughts were get him match fit and he will do the biz,payback time from his last tenure and all that,but now,pack your bags now beattie and fuck off total lack of professionalism,no wonder stoke and rangers fucked you off:mad:
 
And to think Everton got Jags for the same price as we paid for Beattie and Neigh... smith................ overpriced, over-hyped and most definitely overpaid one of the main contributors to the state the club finds itself in today and still he has screw us over again. Only one rapist at SUFC and it isn't Ched ................. fook off BT!!
 



We've paid his wages for 2/3rds of a season and he's had our pants down again. And in a recent poll, many wanted to give him another contract next season. Unbelievable.

Don't bring Gary Naysmith into it. Fantastically consistent perfomer. If we'd kept him, we wouldn't have had such a defensive shambles the year we went down. In fact, have we properly replaced him at left back? I don't think we have.

BT has been a joke for some time.

Would like to see a replay of this, but had a pretty decent view at the time and thought the red harsh. Clearly was going for a 50/50, and looked like he got some of the ball.

There was a very similar challenge on Willo 2nd half that only got a yellow - DW had a go at the 4th official asking what the difference was.

You're right about one thing, Naysmith was consistent alright, consistently CRAP !!!!!!! Even the current crop of left backs we have at the moment blind him, and that includes Taylor. Naysmith couldn't even play a ball down the line without it going out of play AND was slower than a sloth on tramadol. Well shut in my opinion.

Dreadful first season. Exemplary (in his defensive work) subsequently.

He offered little going forward largely because he was too slow to get back. Much like Taylor, sadly.

I think what Bettie did at Charlton was unforgivable, so i'm not a defender of his for no reason.

My instinctive reaction (watching on the screen at Bramall Lane) was that it was a perfectly good challenge and I felt no different after seeing a replay. I think it was a poor decision and it's a shame that his return to the club will be remembered for two red cards and nothing else.

Given DW referred to the decision as "garbage" I think it's safe to assume we'll appeal - after all, the threat of adding on an extra game doesn't really apply given his season if it stands is over anyway.
 
I thought Beattie was unlucky with his red today. That ref seemed to have it in for our lot. Was quite aggressive towards our players.
