Yes, I think there was an element of the fact that this pathetic Alehouse has taken us down. Obviously seeing Kozluk come on was the final straw for many but yes, I feel there was a bit of pent up frustration. Is that a daft comment or are you somehow denying the facts of the situation we are in. As I said, I really enjoyed it.

I am starting to wonder if Micky is a Blade. His substitutions tell me different!
So Maguire gets sent off and we go down to 10 men and Bristol City equalise. Then in a game we HAD to win he took off Williamson for Kozluk is a joke in itself. The team lost all shape after that, Quinn was here there and everywhere then he took him off.

Totally agree - our performance degenerated into a fiasco once the substitutions started. Bristol looked more likley to get a third imo for last 10 minutes. Missed a gfreat chance with that header.

We lost our shape the second Maguire got sent off.
Adams obviously decided that we needed to keep four at the back and therefore wished to bring on a defender, normal practice is to sacrifice a midfielder or a striker.
Williamson struggles with 90 minutes and/or two games in a row since his back problems and subsequent complications.
I'm assuming therefore, he thought the sensible option was to make that switch.
Because Quinn was here, there and everywhere he was clearly tiring and struggling to keep up, so rather than having him chasing shadows, again he deemed it the sensible approach to take him off.
I might not have agreed with substitutions at the time, but we went on to win the match. The player who was most vocally derided even set up the goal. This means his decisions worked,
We restricted (an albeit poor) Bristol side who made little other than the goals we gifted them.

It would be normal practice if you were playing 11 men, but they were already down to 10. In a must win game it was pure shite.
You might not agree Foxy, but it's not the 1st time we have seen bad subs from him. We were hammering Boro till he made a couple of changes, lost all shapre... seems to be a trend but at least we get another win this time, more through luck than judgement
There are plenty of other options he had rather than bring kozuk on.

But surely you would then lose Williamson as an attacking threat ,and he fades after 60 minutes so with a game on Monday it had to be a better option , no ?
If Williamson had reverted to right back do you not think Bristol would have targetted that area ?
Kozluk also had a great opportunity from a brilliant Mattock cross.

Think this whole debate just highlights how far we've sunk. Not a fan of Micky Adams but by God he inherited a crap squad. OK he made some real howlers of signings but realistically, what type of player would come to a club in such disarray? We aren't attractive, we're heading only one way, and any player with even half a brain would avoid us like the plague at the moment.
As to yesterday well again, just shows how weak as a squad we are. If Kozluk is the answer to any problem then we're in trouble. Let's just write this season off, accept that Adams is going nowhere, and hope against hope that McCabe fucks off and is replaced by someone who cares, not just someobody who looked angry at the Cardiff match (sorry Foxy but that really did piss me off, that fucker could have done something about this months ago and didn't, what the hell right does he have to look angry about, he's the root cause).
As I said, I don't think the manager's going anywhere so we'll have to bite the bullet, see what he can rustle up in the summre and just hope that there's a big improvement all round, otherwise there's only one way we'll be heading again.

Make no mistake McCabe is the person responsible for the position we are in................. in my opinion he is either suffering serious cash flow problems or is a complete two hat...... I just wish he would leave BDTBL.

His controlling interest in the club makes McCabe accountable for the mess and nobody can doubt that he, like the rest of us, would like to see that burden lifted. There are all kinds of reasons to do with the economy why that isn't a strong prospect in the next few years so we are stuck with each other and an under-performing asset. No amount of wishing that position away is going change things, the best we can hope for is the appointment of some competent people who can work well with what we have. The idea that McCabe hasn't been trying to do that during his tenure is ridiculous. The reason his appointments have failed is combination of bad personal judgement , inexperience in the football business and, given that, bad advice.
Responsibility for the state we are in is hard to pin on any individual when a crisis has been building for years. However the one appointment that did to most to damage to our club and McCabe's prospects was that of Terry Robinson. If i remember rightly Terry came with our then manager's recommendation based on personal experience of their working together at Bury. Quite why the massive ego would want to engineer the appointment of a weak and incompetent administrator, as his own boss, is anyone's guess.

If those were your changes we would have lost that game, Riise is nowhere near as good at defending as he is attacking likewise but the opposite with Monty but he lacks pace and positional awareness when he plays right back. Saying you would put Williamson at right back is damn right laughable... Kozluk was the right choice to put at right back and I find it unbelievable that you question any change at right back than the useless sack of shite that was Noswank. ( Thank God he has gone )
Quinny has been playing as he should do recently but anybody who boo's Riise coming on is an idiot, the lad has more quality then most of our lads put together and shows more heart and bollocks then lads who have been there for years. Everybody wanted Hendo off as he has been crap, but what do you expect when the lad has been out all season? Shouting Micky doesn’t know what he is doing is a pathetic ignorant rant at someone who got a crap team to actually play some kind of football... The amount of shots we had yesterday was possibly the most I have seen all season, Considering Kozzy is probably the best right back we have at the moment and miles better than Nos it seems unreal you still question a substitution that got us three points yesterday as it gave us our shape back and enabled us to start going forward again.

So Williamson, slightly fresher as a result of Saturday's substitution for which Adams was criticised by fans, plays a key role in today's win. Looks an even better decision today.
