Best route to get in from MK? We'd previously ruled it out as thought it was too far away.
Still going via MK - setting off a bit earlier. But MK -> Euston, then walk to Euston Square tube station (about 5 mins) and then Metropolitan line to Wembley Park. Brings you out at the end of Wembley Way.

Away from the gash pubs.

I’ll be driving down at half 6 on Saturday morning and parking up at the Premier Inn in Watford where me and my lad billeted and heading towards Euston and the tube to Wembers later

I’m playing football at 715am until 845am, then I’ll go home, have a quick shit and shower then watch the match whilst having some breakfast.
How do you play football before a shit?!

The best feeling in life is waking up and taking a huge satisfying shit, which starts with a fart that has about 27 different tones to it!

More to the point, how is Houston_Blade playing football at 7.15am?!
Year round booking based on the summer heat. It was 32 degrees at 715am last week, it’s only going to get worse for the next few months. Then I drink gallons of water for the rest of the day.

Probably be in the Torch, I run a Greene King pub in Manchester so will be taking advantage of my 33% discount there
Thinking of going their with my 3 lads, we're traveling on a coach. Any idea if they'll be serving ale outside aswell as in?
Sort if this seems weird I just thought you were as good as person to ask as anyone

As far as I’m aware, there will be a pop up bar outside. They’ll more than likely adjust (increase) regular pricing due to them closing at 2pm.

I keep changing my mind about what I'm going to do with the added bonus of a taking my 5 year old with me.

Got to stop at Mrs B's parents in Derby on the way to drop her and #2 off so a lot depends on how much faffing about takes place there but I've said I want to be away from there at 10.30 latest.

I'm toying with any of Warwick Parkway/Bicester Village/High Wycombe/Gerrards Cross/Denham to Wembley Stadium or tubing it from somewhere like Hillingdon/Ickenham/Uxbridge which is straight off the M40 and potentially easier to get away from than Watford and the M1.

Tube's a lot cheaper than the train but probably talking at least an hour from leaving the ground to getting in the car, plus moaning for food, bored, etc when in that time I could be most of the way back.
Badger, if it helps we parked in Uxbridge for the semi-final two years ago and took the tube into Wembley. Effortless.

Added bonus was at Wembley Park tube station after the game, most folks were waiting for trains heading east into London while we jumped on the first train back to Uxbridge in no time at all. Have a good day whatever you decide.

Probably parking at stanmore about 10ish, breakfast n tek it from there..anyone been drinking around stanmore? If so, is it any good?. anyone lucky enough to be out around camden friday night ... supergrass are playing at the roundhouse.. saw them last night in leeds and Nottingham last week and were absolutely fantastic

Need a bit of advice been to Baker Street before so considerd that
Looked at going to West Hamstead, Swiss Cottage which seem easily close to Wembley but not been to these before. Are there decent pubs here
Camden sounds great (probably expensive lol ) is it difficult to get to Wembley from there

An old girlfriend of mine was originally from around there, so we used to go down to see her parents every so often. There’s a few old school Irish pubs dotted about, but nothing major.

Hope the recovery is going well lad, and the Blades perk you up at the weekend.

Camden is 2 tubes from Wembley & about 30 mins. that’s where we’re going, getting there about 10am & heading for the ground about 1:45

Euston is in the borough of Camden and you can get straight to Wembley Park from Euston Square on the Metro line. But seriously, it's London. It is not difficult to get to Wembley from ANYWHERE unless you're somewhere stupidly south of the river for some reason
