Wembley: Pre-Match Plan

I'm having a quiet lunch with wife and kids on the outskirts of Wembley (because the parking is free and the kids will need a reasonably priced lunch!) and then gonna get an uber to Wembley at 1ish.

I'm a bit worried about getting there too early but I imagine there will be plenty to distract the kids (5 and 8) in and around the stadium for an hour or two?

1ish is about right if you want a bit of time to mooch round. We got off the tube at Wembley Park 2pm ish for the Man City game and only just scraped kick off.

I really advocate getting the train from Marylebone before and after, if you're in the city. Less of a crush than the tube. That is unless you want to see Wembley Way.

Cheers thanks for your reply. Are there other pubs near by in Kilburn ?

There is some a of bar with Sky Sports etc on bang opposite the North London Tavern from what I recall.

There are a couple more pubs down the road, i’d take a guess at 5/6 on the road.

I certainly am. Along with Kemp Sr and Kemp Jr but you probably know that already
