Guess that we really are going to be going for ‘loans with a view to purchasing’ rather than paying fees outright.
 
If this turns out to have legs NH will go up in my estimation (assuming he is the source for this).

Solely a LWB. He is very quick as well, very quick! he's wanting to play for Algeria, apparently they are going to call him up to the full national side soon, unsure if he's already changed the nationality and how long that takes? He's improved defensively, he's had to playing in a lower level team. Similar to what we will be this season. He still needs to improve on that side of his game, going forward is the better side of his game.

T-Blade has said from the beginning that traore and slimane will be our only permanents... with any other foreign incomings being loans with option/obligation to buy

Yeah just watched his highlights... Likes to get forward and backs his pace.

Looks very promising.
 
Would be happy with this and pretty comfortable with JLT/RND (LCB) and Lowe and this lad LWB.
I would prefer a new LCB but JLT and RND are decent.
 
Alan Nixon reporting that we're fighting it out with Preston for his signature.

And now confirmed by Darren, though are pursuit of a LCB has apparently fallen through

A lot of the Enda Stevens about his body shape and poor shooting. Hopefully he can be peak Enda not post-peak Enda.

Bad news about LCB. Hopefully the next target on the list turns out to be a better player.
 
Do the club not anticipate any issues when the AFCON comes around and we lose half our first team squad for a month?
