Wendy mate of mine says a blade in his 60s season ticket holder tells him if we had Rhol we would have been promoted.. don't get it it's the same Leeds Bielsa he is foreign so must be good kind of love In. What would be interesting assuming he did go to Southampton is to see how good he is and if the Wendy's love in is just hype or not??

I've watched them a few times this season, and they're a terrible team, and it's been shockingly bad, but in the odd game he finds a way of getting the strikers onto the ball and when they finish the chances they'll score 2 or 3 because they keep going.

With a decent team of players all buying into his mantra, I reckon he'll do well, happily it won't be at the sty, thanks Chancer! Nice own goal there mate..

Up to now RB lieipzig, Leicester, and Southampton are all seriously Interested, he's clearly got something about him..

My head still spins from all of this, yes we have had and look to be having a bad patch, but under our Manager we have won the most games in the league, would be on jointly the same points as both Burnley and Leeds and yet we are saying we should be shot of Wilder? I just don't get it, we had a massive rebuild with players who had not played together before in a very tight Championship and we have been top on a couple of occasions.

It has not always been the prettiest football but surely winning games is the name of the game right? we still have the chance to go up through autos and if not we are guaranteed a play off place and yes i am well aware of the way they have gone previously, but if we are ever going to break that surely it would be with Wilder right?

Where do you get this "attacking football" from ??
He played the worst football I've ever witnessed at Leicester & fielded teams with no attacking threat whatsoever.

Rose tinteds mate. We've had three absolute shit shows and a few of our hardy fans have shit the bed. Doesn't matter that we've got a cracking squad in this division, or that we're 3rd in the league, all they know is that they've finally got something to cry about so they feel justified in spouting any old bollocks like 'Let's sack Wilder and get that ugly cunt Cooper in'.

Thanks for Souttar by the way, he's been the biggest miss of the season since he got injured. Fucking man mountain for us and losing him cost us automatics.

Can’t deny Rohl comes out of last season with credit.

That was a little unique in so much that Xisco had such an appalling start. The bar was set very low.

In many ways it was a free hit with nil expectation. They were immensely fortunate too. Outlandish gimmes away at QPR (clearance smashed into Wednesday player results in goal) and Blackburn (keeper air shot from back pass) to name but two, which wouldn’t be out in place in park football. Without those two victories alone they would have been down by a point.

This year they have flirted with higher. But not for that long.

He’s going to deliver possibly the second worst if not worst home record ever.

He’s lost both derbies.

They’ll finish well below where their wage bill ranks them in terms of resources.

All his cash buys have failed.

Now they will still finish higher up so that can be seen as progress. But it isn’t progress that demands such reverence. It’s Nigel Clough type steady Eddy progress.

He’s dealt with no way near the amount of nonsense Hecky had to deal with, for example, including getting nobody in January to support a promotion push, two failed takeovers even before you see Berge and Ndiaye leaving the following summer.

He’s had late wages by one week. He didn’t get a centre half in January, when he signed two others. Maybe he should have prioritised one?

Then there’s the building blocks. In 3 windows who has he signed as pillars of the team? United brought Burrows and Cooper for instance. He bought in Ugbo who has failed dramatically. Are Valery and Lowe players who he can build a team around? I’m not seeing it.

They still rely heavily on Bannan and have a large amount of staff out of contract. Perhaps by design, but they are starting again from scratch and there were clearly opportunities to offload Johnson, Smith, Windass etc if they wanted to reshape the team.

Is he better than the last incumbent? Absolutely

Has he done a good job for Wednesday? Yes

Has his point per game regressed this season after his initial impact? Yes

Has he built a style of his own? Doesn’t really seem so. I’ve seen them both declare as good merchants and recently they guy Symon suggested the middle of the park stuff had been good. He’s played 3 at the back and 4 at the back. Fine line between tactical flexibility and simply not knowing what to do best.

To me he’s done a good job, it his rep outstrips his actual achievement right now, but given they have been so starved of success you can understand it.

Meant to read long ball merchants. I don’t think they are good merchants at all 🤣

Yeah. ...I really like Souttar ... Not sure why he didn't get a chance at leicester but glad that he got game time with you.

I wouldn't have the wanker anywhere near the Lane. He has the stench of pigs surrounding him, his fashion sense is completely fucked and he just looks like a little weasel. He's a fucking wank manager and the only reason we've heard of him is because he manages in the same city. Anywhere else and it'd be 'Sausage who'?

Oh and as an aside, I live in the States and you can't get sausage rolls here where I am. Luckily, we have family visiting tonight so you've guessed it, the wife is making sausage rolls, chips and gravy for tea. GET the fuck in 👊👊👊
