Thought he was the only positive from yesterday he did quite well when he came on , still looks raw but nearly scored, pity he didn’t score as it would have done his confidence a world of good .
I wasn’t still there to watch him

Needs to start against Burnley alongside Archer imo

Shows how our expectations have fallen, praying Mcburnie is fit and Osula being touted as our saviour.
Things were that bad against Bournemouth Osula got my MOM even though he was only on the pitch for a few minutes.

pity most of our other outfield players didnt put the same effort in as osula could actually see him pairing up with archer to form a good strike partnership and could even play mcburnie in behind as link man especially in home games if were to have the slightest chance of getting out of this mess we have to be brave and go for it at the lane saturdays tactics are totally unaceptable to all blades fans

Great for the lad today and hope those goals build some confidence for him. Not to take anything away from the goals but they were “Football League” standard errors that allowed him to score but you have to be in the right place. Very rare unless you are facing bottom 3rd in PL you would get a chances like that. But if we came keep him fit, he will be definitely ready for the Championship and seems like a player willing to push on

Can we call Osula a 'cup specialist' yet given his ratio of goals scored in the FA Cup?

His performances have really improved with Wilder.

He needs to have passed the ball to BBD in the first half today, he was completely unmarked on the edge of the area. Instead he turns and tried to shoot passed 3 defenders, who was directly in front of him.

A bit more maturity and awareness needed, also think he needs work on his strength in the air, use his body and arms more, zouma had an easy game until mcburnie came on.

he made some good runs today on the flip side and caused them some problems, still a bit raw and this season In the prem playing regularly should give him some good experience heading into the championship next season.

Short from picking his head up to notice other players in better positions along with his decision making, he's really not far off from being a very good player. I thought he might get subbed off for Archer so it was surprising to see McBurnie replace him. I do think we lost a bit of threat running in behind when he went off, despite BBDs brilliant run not long after HT. Rooting for this lad as I do think he's got a brilliant and bright future ahead of him.

Looked decent today, doesn’t look out of place and generally reads the game well. Needs to make himself more of a target, like McBurnie needs to as well.

Watch good strikers and they tell other players where they want it because they know their strengths. Billy was good at this. Osula needs that bit of arrogance to tell his team mates where he wants it

McBurnie and Osula both find themselves going to challenge defenders because they’re not where the ball is being put into and having to get themselves there to battle for rather than attack the ball

Second half that ball In from McAtee to McBurnie was closer to what I’d expect.

For such a light weight, I think he gave West Ham plenty to think about.

A little more experience and I think he could reach the top, or certainly have a big career in front of him

Come the summer I reckon there’ll be plenty of interest in both him and Brooks and that’s the worry for me. We all talk about planning for next year in the Championship and yet I have this nagging doubt that players such as these two will be off back to the PL because PA will flog them

This season will be great for his development

He's so close to being very good. He'll be one of the most interesting things about next season
Until we sell him to Southampton for half of what he's actually worth
