OK. I see a house I'd like to buy, on face value I can afford it, so I offer the asking price. Someone else comes along who offers more than me. I cannot afford to spend any more. Now what?
I’d look into my bank account and say to myself. I’ve got a lot more money in my bank account here than I thought. I can easily compete with these people who want this house. As I need this house.

Your an idiot. This will be my last message to you.

I say instead of Brewster. So there’s an extra £23m so circa £40m gets both.

You’ve not even been able to answer a single argument I’ve raised against any point you’ve made so probably is a good time for you to dip out. Head firmly buried in the sand.

I thought that would end the argument. Thank you for raising some points for me to shoot down.

Anyway in your world the Prince is amazing and has seen a relegation and he’s doing awful in the championship.

I’ve said you have no idea about accounts. That discussion seems to have ended after that one post because you haven’t replied. Don’t let me stop you posting nonsense though. You

No my friend. Your just the usual clapper.

It seems in your opinion the Prince is doing well. Currently in the relegation zone. But you won’t argue that point.

Still not answered what you thought of Wilder having us in the relegation zone after 4 games?

Wilder knew this team was done which is why he left. The cycle had ended. The exact same thing would be happening now if Wilder was still here. His team is shot. SJ obviously thought there was still something to salvage from it but now knows there isn't.

Wilder spent what he and knil generated themselves, they've gone and left us in a dam sight better position by two seasons in the prem and parachute payments than they ever got to spend .
I'd agree that another manager might likely have not got us to the Prem, but to blame Jokanovic after 6 weeks and three league games in view of last season's recruitment and performance, like some have, is ridiculous imho.

To be honest with you. I had lost all hope by then the season previous was bad so I just thought we have another one again.

The Southend game got to me and I thought he’s close to the bullet here.

I'll get in touch when I next decide to move along the property ladder. I've got my eye on a £3 mill pied a terre in Didsbury 👌

Not claimed that at all. The league position shows the club, manager and Wilders team, because that’s what is, are in trouble.

My input with you is you have no idea about accounts and finance. Based purely on the daft posts you make about the subject.

I have no problem with Jokanovic.

Absolutely.

I love Didzy but he missed those chances under Wilder and Verrips would have still played like a 🤡 with a back 3 or 5.

The problems run deeper than that but at least give the new manager a chance.

Possibly as a squad player for a season but it was his double standards that pissed me off
He would have put more fucking effort in than Lundstram did last season

I half think he kept Lundstram on because he knew he’d cocked up with Duffy and didn’t want to make the same mistake. He just compounded that when he continued to play Lundstram when it was obvious he’d jacked it in.

He knew we needed a clear out but that the board couldn't afford it in The Championship following the wage increases and signings made the previous two season. The situation isn't anyone's fault solely but the idea Wilder would somehow have turned this around is ridiculous. He got out before things got worse because he knew what was going to happen.

To me it seems we have a complete misfit of manager and players. WAK had a method, a belief. They converted mediocre players into a unit that believed in itself. They fought, they harried, they were fit, they would die for each other. They passed to each other like Barca players. They had a system that worried the opposition, whoever they played. The expression used was that the result was a team that that was much greater than the sum of its individual parts. It is blatantly obvious that Slava has not recognised this. He thinks he inherited a squad of Premier league players and that they can play to a new system. Communication between manager and players has broken down. Result, an abject meltdown. Either Slava realises he cannot use these players in a new system and let's them play as they used to, to gain some confidence and some valuable points, then he can rebuild for the longer term. Or we will sink to the depths of league one with a squad of overpaid, overweight, unfit mediocre players, collecting big wages for little effort. At the moment the future is bleak. WAK's lack of experience in fast, attacking football has left us weak in a number of areas. Wilder was a defender, and excluding a few games, our defence was our strength. His transfer knowledge showed his lack of ability in finding classy attacking options, from midfielders or attackers. £100m spunked on wannabes or maybes. Sorry for the diatribe, just the way I see it. Pashun has left the building. I thank WAK for the good times, I despair at their legacy.

Bit cynical Roy
