Been meaning to post about that - much has been made in the past about Wilder valuing a player’s attitude as part of his assessment of potential transfer targets, the ”will he be a good bloke in the dressing room“ test. Generally, I’d say that’s a sensible thing - we’ve largely avoided prima donnas and the general sense is they’re all pulling together, and if not, they get bombed out. But of the recent signings, Brewster in particular just comes across as a bit of a mardy arse. Did he pass the same test or was he more of a panic buy?Pick a player, try to make sure he has a good attitude in the first place (which Chris seems to do) then performance wise its down to the player to do enough to get or keep his place imo.
