Biggest signal to me is we see JW as JOC's LCB cover, which would mean a big reshuffle in defence were JOC to be out for a while

I would love to just spend a few minutes in that room - 'The Transfer Bunker'! Would be very interesting.

In fact, scratch that. Give me a few hours. Would probably need that to read through all the notes.

Do we think the formations at top left are in order of preference?
What's the bottom one on the list?

Excellent Sherlock. Elementary, in fact. Please ignore what I say above. In fact I'll delete it. Gone.

That makes this one a waste of time, doesn't it?

Never mind. Have a robot.

You might have to take your gift back,Enda Stevens did not play against Leicester did he?

Thank you for the kind offer anyway

Arrow from KL to left centre back shows that he's another option for that position.
JOC another option at left wing back

What do the initials mean that are arrowed against JOC and JW respectively?

Tufty is holding a Red Marker, none of the writing is in Red

I dont think its the real board ............. subterfuge

Unless he isnt allowed to use the board ...... cant help himself drawing big cocks

Jack O'Connell nearly went to Espanyol and Jake Wright to Northwich Victoria!

This isn't the tactics from the Leicester game.

'OUT

JB
JH'

Which were our plans for yesterday. The board will be showing our options including potential new signings IE one for each position.

On the video it shows Quina as cover for Coutts, which I found interesting.

Also Heneghan as the option at CB along with Stearman, which surprised me a bit.

Also surprising was Carter-Vickers' name above Basham's at RCB.

The formations being crossed out, to me means he was making sure we had the players for each formation

They'd never get you out!

Pleased to see 3-4-2-1 on that formation list. Think that's something we may need to consider at certain away games.

Judging by that board are is our expected Cb trio gonna be

Carter-Vickers Stearman O'Connell with Heneghan in for Stearman whilst he's injured.

There's a full shot of it in the video (sorry, I don't know how to upload pictures) which shows every single player we have listed in groups based on position and organised into a formation of sorts. Nothing to read into, they are all on there.

Looks like Hanson was meant to leave. Co-ops across the country have been put on alert.

Always thought JE and CC etc weren't spoken about in the video because they had been rejected out of hand, they only spoke of deals that would possibly 'get over the line' on deadline day.

Tufty played that in the U23s at times last year, it's a formation he rates

Interesting that Clayton Donaldson's initials aren't to be seen. Shows we didn't exactly plan for him, he was just available.

Still think it's a good signing.

Yes, that is a surprise.
The arrows show that he would also have been an option for the Duffy role.
Brooks, Carruthers and Basham all potentially arrowed in to the Coutts/Fleck role.
On the face of it, not enough cover for Coutts/Fleck but four options as Wilder sees it, so not given priority.

To me the board there demonstrates that if Coutts were to be out for any length of time we'd really struggle. We'd really need Carruthers to perform, or if going with Lundstrom/Basham in there then there'd be big pressure on Duffy/Brooks to create from further up the pitch.

Still, overall not looking too shabby.
