Delighted obviously but it's about the third contract he's signed in the past 18 months and we all know they mean next to nowt these days anyway!

Actually I think it means everything these days. Sure it doesn't mean you can keep someone in a job they no longer want to be in for years and years, however it means he can't leave us without a level of compensation that we consider fair.
It means he is happy with the Prince and the current setup.
It means he's happy with what support and backing he's been told he's going to get and he believes it.
It means he's not looking to jump ship any time soon.

You can bet it won’t be be long before our fans become worried he might leave for another club with some saying we should give Wilder another pay rise and extension.

If a big PL club want him they just triple his new deal and pay the compensation. However the only way a big club comes in for him is if we win a few trophies and perform really well on Europe.

It’s a great message from the club and great to see Wilder and Knill showing commitment. They must both be happy, supported and motivated.
