peck and campbell for a start and he wont drop mcguinness or ogbene all 4 should have been benched 4 games ago tanganga needs to be played at cb his best position ridiculous not playing seriki at rb and continuing with mcguinness hes one of the worst centre backs ive seen in a red and white shirt and believe me ive seen a few in my time soumare has done nothing wrong for me but can hardly get a look in wilder needs to sort it and quickWho are "his favorites" and who would you play in their place?
I think you'll find he's not over burdened with credible options to replace "his favorites"
Let the buyer beware. If they didnāt undertake adequate due diligence on a deal of that size itās entirely on COH, certainly not on PA.I believe he managed to con the Yanks into thinking we were a well run, "Premier League" ready club which of course was helped by us being in a top 3 position when they took over.

one ings cannon know its not great but campbell has been ambling through games as though he couldnt give a toss thats not good enough for a sheffield united playerIf you dont play Campbell who the fuck plays up front ?
Yeah what is wilder supposed to do with this squad of mainly players heās signed and has been linked with in the past?
Just admit heās a shit manager now and we need to move on.
Surely not, if we signed those 3 players weād have been top of the league and not conceded a goal I heard?!The biggest worry is how badly Wilders targets in the summer are doing. QPR fans want Dunne dropped, Darling is playing appallingly at Norwich and Mepham is in and out at West Brom. I'm really not sure much changes if we'd have brought those 3 in over what we have.
The recruitment is awful and has been for years. A few good signings last season when we had a bigger budget than most clubs doesn't change that. Hopefully he can pull some rabbits out of the hat but this idea everything will be fine in January isn't based on any evidence
Weirdly, wasnāt that Leicester game where Ndiaye made his debut? (Unless Iām dreaming of a different season where we got our arses handed to us repeatedly and Hecky gave him his debut) In a kind of way of proving we didnāt have enough? . . . If Iām wrong about Ndiaye then see Hackford at Palace.Bang on the money mate
Love how the Wilder bashers are twisting things to suit their narrative. Whilst those facts are factually correct, i don't see Wilder entering the season with x1 CF and x0 RBs...
Could/should he be doing better? Absolutely and he should be feeling quite a bit of pressure but the vitriol and irrational dislike for him from a small section of the fan base is extremely weird.
It was the lockdown season. We lost 2-0 at Leicester but it could have been 4 or 5. Debutant Luke Thomas (yes, him) was POTM down the left. Wilder blamed the players but in truth Brendan Rogers had been the first to highlight the weakness of our system and its reliance on Oli Norwood in the first meeting at the Lane in August.Weirdly, wasnāt that Leicester game where Ndiaye made his debut? Are you still in the queueJust been on the official site & theyāre feeling VERY optimistic about our January turnaround![]()
Ah, 'linked with'!
Alan Biggs?
Nixon?
El Accountino?
Talk about putting 2 and 2 together, to make a stick to beat Wilder with.
Sorry, but you'll have to do better than that.
You actually think Cannon gives a tossone ings cannon know its not great but campbell has been ambling through games as though he couldnt give a toss thats not good enough for a sheffield united player

McGuinness couldnāt overlap his mumBring back the overlapping CB's and fucking get at em![]()
Heās equally on a hiding to nothing and canāt do anything wrong at the same time.Love how the Wilder bashers are twisting things to suit their narrative. Whilst those facts are factually correct, i don't see Wilder entering the season with x1 CF and x0 RBs...

I think even he is shocked at how little impact he's had. Goes to show the game is evolving at such a rate, from season to season, if your coaching isn't evolving, then blink and you're old school.Heās equally on a hiding to nothing and canāt do anything wrong at the same time.
None of this shit is his fault, but heās had nowhere near the effect that the owners and a lot of fans thought heād have on his return. It just proves that itās very difficult to polish a turd, even an expensively assembled turf.
Great post!I think even he is shocked at how little impact he's had. Goes to show the game is evolving at such a rate, from season to season, if your coaching isn't evolving, then blink and you're old school.
The paper on the wall/diamond in the rough polishing looks to have been replaced by athletic monster, well drilled, make no mistakes. We're neither athletic or well drilled and are making tonnes of mistakes....
Worrying times.
Probably none, but would we be anywhere near the top ?Is there anybody on this forum that thinks weād now have less points if Wilder hadnāt been sacked after the play off defeat?
Need to.......won'tNeed to sign as many experienced match ready championship players as possible
But still nowhere near good enough.Classic Wilder?
Is that the Wilder that wasn't involved in selling Moore, or signing any of the dross we picked up in August? It takes a special kind of rabid Wilder-hater, to blame him for the squad, the pre-season and a run of chaotic defeats, that left morale completely on the floor.
Okay, so his return hasn't been startling, but the 9 points we have got so far, are way beyond what we would have expected from the previous charlatan.
He could sign ex Rovrum striker David Ball, then we'd have a proper comedy duo up front !Just have to hope he doesn't sign another Cannon![]()
If we do all our business on 1st of Jan, I can understand Wilder placing huge emphasis on it. It'll be really annoying if 'the plan' is to slow-burn through the transfer window and end up overspending towards the end of the window again. The Pinch pointed out that there are as many games left to the end of the Jan window (16) as there are between the end of the window and the end of the season (16).
we could genuinely be cut adrift by the time we get to January. Given the shit show of the last three windows are we really pinning our survival on the idea that these idiots will manage to successfully trade players when everyone knows weāre desperate?
I thought the reason for wilder coming back was that heās a great man manager and heād get them playing for the shirt? The only player thatās noticeably improved is OāHare and thatās cause heās not having to play around Hamer.
100% this.It's classic Wilder, let's be honest.
There has to be someone thrown under the bus, and it certainly won't be him.
I think throwing the full squad under the bus might be a step too far though.
Ogbene perhaps. If you dont play Campbell who the fuck plays up front ?
We had 6x RB's last season when he was in charge.Love how the Wilder bashers are twisting things to suit their narrative. Whilst those facts are factually correct, i don't see Wilder entering the season with x1 CF and x0 RBs...

We had 6x RB's last season when he was in charge.
He couldn't decide whether to stick or twist with any of them. Luckily most were borrowed on sale or return so went back under the cooling off period.
