Totally disagree.....I watched the 1st half Billy would have hardly touched the ball.
He’s at his best when we have plenty of men forward like we did in the last 10 minutes chasing the lead.
So wouldn’t have suited most of that game.

Our midfield was more defensive 1st half, so there was a big gap between midfield and attack.
Thought Robinson was a good outlet due to his pace. McGoldrick was on as a link player but there weren’t enough midfielders pushing forward for him.

Agree about Billy first half, gap is a consequence of flat 3 rather than 2+1, it was the same at Forest away last season, not as much fluidity between between mid and defence. But spot on for today, contain it , see what happens, change it if we need to, great performance for me first day away
