Well they had to be missing for weeks would have been a bit sus if they had come back straight away now. Sorry maybe not cheating but a certain levering of the rules eh?

I'm sorry you must be right It's all our fault West Ham cheated.

Perhaps we need points taking away for playing within the rules of the game.

There we go having a pop at the Southerners again. It's all you can do isn't it!I presume your campaign for fairness in "football" is taking in the blatant 3rd party influence of Man USA over Tim Howard and Ben Foster is it?

Tim Howard? Ben Foster?? Please elaborate.

We didn't come looking for you and call you a retard did we??

Our campaign is across the board, apologies for trying to have morals. Our campaign would have existed no matter where we finished the season.

Nice to see you ignore any points you don't have an arguement against though.

Is there any particular reason for you coming to slag us off?

What was fair about you cheating your way down to seven men?

Our keeper was sent off early for deliberate handball. Not going to go in our favour.

Santos was sent off for what can only be described as a retaliatory challenge (fucking dangerous actually) on the bloke who nearly blinded him in one eye. Straight red deserved, and received.

Suffo was sent for spitting at McInnes, though there was argy-bargy just before. Straight red deserved and received.

Brown went off with a hernia, which kept him out for most of the rest of that season, and given his pivotal role at the time, could actually have cost us a play-off place.

Ullathorne went down in a full back position and needed treatment and left the field of play. Given the amount of time gone in the game at that point (83 minutes), the result would stand.

Oh, and that meant SIX players.

Now what's your point, muppet?

I believe, my friend, that a loan system is a kind of 3rd party agreement much like an independent company owning a player and loaning him out quite legally right? Now they dictated that their players on loan could not play against their club Man USA so how is that not directly trying to inluence a result by manipulating the other club?

Foxy absolute rubbish your campaign is to look after your own interests same as anyone else.

By them not being allowed to play against Man United is a PREMIER LEAGUE rule.

Is it not influencing results though and how can it be a rule to influence the results of matches

Hey look I'm genuinely sorry you boys went down. Would have much preferred Wigan as Whe*an is now showing his true colours warninig off the lawyers from his sweat shops. I just feel your campaign would never have started if we finished 15 points above you.

We agreed well in advance of any places being cemented that would would support whichever of the clubs went down. This was at a stage when we looked the most unlikely of the lot.

What do you know of our campaign? absolutely nothing.

You aren't sorry, if you was sorry you would understand exactly what we say and the reason for any campaign. You would also have a bit of dignity and shame, rather than coming on here to insult us.

Because I get as angry as everyone else about the whole thing. In my honest opinion the misdemeanour wasn't that great and by blindly saying he was illegally registered when he wan't just gets on your flaming tits all the time.

I honestly believe we would of support whatever other team it had been against.

The Premier League clearly stated that he was illegally registered and you were found guilty of this. It gets on our tits too, mainly because we weren't the ones who gained from such cheating.

If you let some scum bucket like Whe*an support you who has little to no morals then it really is a sad day.

So if he was "legally" registered. What is it you got fined for?

Mr Whelan has earned a lot of respect from me lately, I previously didn't like the bloke, but he's spoke a lot of sense and has been a man of his word.

Unlike others, he hasn't come along to slag us off. You have to ask yourself why we get so much support given that in your opinion we are totally wrong?

They did not clearly state he was illegally registered.

They have done in official Premier League correspondance.

If this wasn't the case, what was your fine for and why did the contract have to be "altered"/unilatterally cancelled?

We got fined for a minor contractual mistake under rule U18 which no one had ever heard of before because it relates to the ownership of clubs!!! The premier league were not happy with the fact that the third party had the power to move Tevez on when they were ready. A factor which the premier league were quite happy for the new regime at Upton Park to alter there and then. Please he was always registered and legally registered to West Ham.

Foxy he also makes millions out of putting people in sweatshops earning pennies a day looking after his big old gob that he flaps off all the time without knowing what he's on about!

A reply from the PL to one of our fans......now why would they say that then??

"The board decided that in order for Mr Tevez to be eligible to play, West Ham would be required to take immediate action either to modify the offending third party contact in a manner satifactory to the board or alternatively terminate outright."

Also the premier league sent out a letter to every club detailing these very points and people are misinforming you

We are not disputing he was registered to WHU. But he was not registered to play for them due to said clause in contract.

From what was being said amongst media (whether true I don't know) it seemed that Jia could say when Tevez was to play.

A "contractual mistake" which led to misleading the League and making his registration gained via means against the rules of the league, in other words illegal.

However you dress it up, without the third party influence (against league rules) you would never have got the two players. You then when questioned repeatedly lied to the League (another offense in its own right) and attempted to brush the wrongdoing under the radar.

Then when it all came up in the investigation, you unilaterally cancelled his contract (eg. West Ham cancelled the contract without the permission of Kia, who is now seeking legal action).

Every single step of the way YOU have broken the rules, yet its attempted to be ignored as a clerical error. Its absolutely pathetic.

That email sent to our fans implies he was not eligible to play.

Don't you agree??
