In all fairness with a side full of lads who would run through a brick wall for him, and with a full house at a noisy and passionate Bramall Lane i was puzzled on the 13th of May 2007 why we turned in such a flat and disjointed performance.
The had the misfortune of reading that self serving, self gratifying piece of literature where Neil Warnock tells us that he never made a mistake in his life, and then i got the answer. He couldn't concentrate on the match as he was worried about his new contract.
I hate the FA and West Ham for the way they lied and cheated, but if we had beaten Wigan that day then it would have all been someone elses problem, but he placed a greater concern on his new contract, and that is why i will always despise that big nosed, arrogant, egotistical cunt.
