Absolutely shite

He seems to get away with it because he hasn't directly made a glaring fuck up for a goal yet, but everything he does looks so poor.

He's turned so easily, gets caught under the ball, when he does win a header he heads it to an opposition player almost every time. Even his clearances don't have any aim or purpose to them and just get picked up by the other team. That might sound harsh but good players can control the ball and bring it out without booting it straight into the middle of the park, or at least clear the ball towards a man or into the corners/out wide. He looks well below this level to me.
