So, to answer the question I asked earlier, our forwards are making these runs but our players are chosing not to play the pass?

Last home game I saw plenty of runs, especially when Ironside came on, he was spinning off his man. Today one of the things Edwards complained about that ironside was making runs but nobody was looking. If we are going to play 1 up the 2 wide men need to be pushed up to give them more options.

I doubt had the investment been in place in July that Taylor would have been the only striker in - he was clearly a gamble. We should be able to go after some more reliable options now, but that will obviously take a bit more time.

Er. Well they only finished 7th last season. 4 points behind us. I'd take that bet on Orient finishing in the top 6.

I disagree. Orient aren't Tranmere. They finished 7th last season only a few points off the play-offs. They've won 6 games out of 6. They probably won't keep it going to that extent, but to say they won't make the top 6 is nonsense. Unless the manager leaves, they've got a great chance. You can say Tranmere this, Tranmere that. How about Yeovil? They were much less fancied last season than Orient were this season. Yeovil were odds-on to go down last season. We all know how that turned out.
