Hull had their 3 window ban reduced to 2 with the other window suspended on appeal ,so that's the precedenceThe 3-window punishment was for non-payment so I don't see how it falls away it. It's a punishment for an offence already committed, unrelated to administration.
It'd set an awful precedent if the EFL relented on this, and other clubs would have grounds for a strong legal challenge.
