Wavy, a 4 game table is a little misleading, why not show an 8 game table, where we have 5 wins, one draw, and one defeat ?
Exactly and 3 of those 4 games were away.

Think it's a bit other way round actually, think winning at home will be harder than winning away.
Anyone who watched us at Villa won't fancy a trip to the Lane and we will see lots of parked buses at the Lane going forwards.
Parking the bus at home will be unacceptable to most home fans so will therefore give us a better chance when we're away.
Possibly, but our home fixtures seem to be an interesting combination of teams fancying the playoffs [Boro, Brizzle and Forest] and other teams scrapping for their lives [Reading, Rotherham and Millwall]. Can't see many of those having the luxury to park the bus; Boro and Millwall might try it however. Brentford are the other fixture and they are probably safe but not getting anywhere near top 6; no need for them to be cautious.
Still think there will be a mentality of thinking a 0-0 at the Lane would be a good result and far less risky than trying to get a 0-1.
Just had a look at 4,6,8,10, matches and Bristol city are at the top of everyone , autos for them ?
Leeds are second and they lost at home followed by a very very late equaliser against Boro...You don't go up been 0-3 up and then drawing and then losing at home , we need to start winning matches end of , its all about momentum and confidence . Yes there are more matches to play but were coming down to the business end of the season we need to start getting 3 points now especially at home .
Basham is suspended for the next twoSame starting 11 please
Biggest game of the season alert!Wendy and massive see what I did there !
Anyway , its getting tighter at the top , and with Derby , Norwich and Bristol City winning and us cocking up we really need to win Wednesday , it would be so easy to slip out of the top six so a draw would be no good , lets see what reaction we get from the players , and also what team Chris picks ? Will Hogan of Duff get a start ?
Its Win or bust for me on Wednesday![]()
Amazing how Moore's skills have improved over the weekend! We’ll beat Boro & Reading. But i’d be really tempted to put Moore in goal.
Or the 31 game league table. The one that actually counts.Wavy, a 4 game table is a little misleading, why not show an 8 game table, where we have 5 wins, one draw, and one defeat ?

Why are we not playing on Tuesday night as normal ?
Tuesday is no longer normal, we're red buttoningWhy are we not playing on Tuesday night as normal ?
I see we've actually been upgraded to Sky Sports Action, whatever that is. Maybe an extra camera and replays?Tuesday is no longer normal, we're red buttoning
Seriously get a grip. I think you’ve had too many shandys tonight. No. I dont think he did it on purpose but its not the first time he’s made a mistake. He is very cocky & arrogant & I am sure you agree with that. I dont want to fall out with a fellow blade over what simply is my opinion.
Is that our new Scottish midfielder?Wendy and massive see what I did there !

6 February 2006: Sheffield United 1-4 Watford
We went up that year in 2nd place
5-0 at West Ham , Stuart Slater played like Messi, whereas Simon Webster didn't.We didn’t win any of the three home games after that aswell inc a 0-0 with Crewe.
1989-90
21 Mar 90 West Ham 4 United 0
24 Mar 90 United 1 Barnsley 2
3 April 90 United 1 Sunderland 3
7 April 90 Portsmouth 3 United 2
Lost 4 out of 6. And then...
16 April 90 Leeds 4 United 0
We went up that year in 2nd place
Went to all those bar Pompey , was a real topsy turvy run in to the end to the season with a memorable conclusion.Apologies, you are correct - 5-0 indeed.
Four out of six lost at the business end of the season, then stuffed 4-0 at Leeds ... and we finished 2nd.
