True, but will they be able to pay higher wages and risk breaking their wage structure and upset other players?

Whoever goes up, it will be really interesting how they approach the Prem.
Both clubs have operated on relatively low wages and concentrating on clever, low cost recruitment.
According to Salarysport Lutons current annual wages are £9 million and Coventrys £7 mill (ours is £25 mill).
