Phillips valued at 12 to 15 million with a number of PL clubs ( Burnley, Newcastle, Watford & West Ham) supposedly interested, probably won't take him long to choose, relegation scrap and 'Burnley' relegation scrap and 'Newcastle' offset with a BIG pay packet, relegation scrap and 'Watford' with a manager odds on to be sacked or West Ham and London and big pay packet and bright lights of London
