We are quite liked really

I've heard for years Forest fans whinge about that epic play off semi going on about "underhand tactics" and "Warnock cheating". But not seen a single specific example given of any particular incident over the two ties.

Dawson was shown a straight red by the ref in the first game, quite correctly, and we had a penalty awarded again quite correctly, no diving of feigning injury so please can some one enlighten me as to what we or Warnock were supposed to have done in those games that was so bad?

Nottingham are scabs. That's where a lot of hate came from and people have long memories of what happened

As mentioned, a lot of negativity from some Forest fans there, mainly directed towards our supporters. Having been on the receiving end of a petrol bomb at the City Ground once I can safely say they're no angels either!
At least it was unleaded though? Caring for the environment it has to be said.

I think there are several factors that contribute to being liked or disliked. But at the end of the day, it's a complete irrelevance isn't it? I really couldn't care a damn about any other football club or what they think about us. I don't hate or like any other football club. I'm just totally indifferent about them. Not my club - not my business - don't care.

I'mt like that about life too. At one time, it used to concern me, to some extent, what others may think of me. But what I've learned is that, no matter how good a person you are, or how well intended an action may be, the way people will see that will be vastly different depending on their own perspectives on life. Some people will think you're great, or what you've done is good, the majority won't have any view on it at all, and some will think you're terrible and what you've done is bad. All for the same thing.

The only thing that really matters is what you think about yourself and setting yourself a standard that you are personally happy with.

And I think the same goes for football clubs too. Never mind what other clubs may or may not think. Just focus on our own club and making that everything we want it to be for us.

Most people think I'm a right dickhead.

I think I'm a right dickhead, but having been one all my life I don't know any different, so I suppose I'm happy with that.

This is the Freudian self analysis board isn't it?
