Somebody should take pictures for posterity !!

Is there anybody there who could take and post a photograph of James Wallace playing for the red & white wizards, at football, in the first team, in a competitive match !!!!

Otherwise nobody's going to believe it ......

I couldn't. That's why I had to post it. It's about as likely as opening my wardrobe and finding David Carradine in it.

Get him off at half time and save him for the league.

I'd be delighted if we could get 3 league starts out of him between now and January.

The trouble with that is he might win another contract, with the inevitable after effect. He's another where we should remove all doubt and make the decision for them.

Worth a shout, maybe. But the risk is that they are a distraction - you build a team, and before you know it, you have to replace half of it though injury. That's an issue aside of the cost.

Just Googled his appearances - they're dire

Hmm. 6 seasons. 82 games less than 14 games/season

Got to say we need to be getting rid of great potential and constant crocks if we have any chance of knitting a decent run together.

Be nice if we could get eleven blokes who go out and give a shit every now and again. What mystifies me is Clough found that, maybe only for 15 games but he is the only one who has got a team together who were unbeatable for a time.

If he couldnt rediscover it and Adkins doesn't appear to be able to locate it to date where the fuck do we go from here? We cannot keep sacking managers because it is crystal clear it does no good.

Bin the lot and start again. I'm not concerned that he hasn't managed to get a winning team out of this shower of shite. I am concerned that the players that he's been allowed to bring in haven't worked out - at least so far.

Time to end the failed policy of recruiting players from up the hill, but rolling backwards. It's expensive and doesn't work.

How's he got on anyone? Cheers in advance.

For me, he was the best of a not very good bunch tonight. He has the ability to create space for himself and get away from opponents and pick out a decent pass.

In the second half, he even made a run down the left and got past the full back, which I've never seen him do before, he's physically strong, which is unusal for one of our midfielders. Unfortunately, his injury record suggest he won't play the next 25 league games :-)

He did that to set up the third at Peterborough earlier this season, and I remember being a bit amazed to have seen it. It's a pity we have never got him fit. Though based on the stats posted, his max league games in a year are 19, so we can hardly be surprised – and should probably look to move him on if there are takers in January.

I've given up on him, so any league appearances we get out of him are a bonus. He's got some qualities none of our other midfielders possess, as trig says.

I would not renew his contract under any circumstances. Same goes for Coutts, Kennedy and Cuveiler. No crocks.

Thought he had a decent game and didn't look injured when he came off. In the second half he was tripped in the area - looked a definite penalty to me and it certainly wasn't a dive - but who would have taken it?

been thinking the same, but if somehow he does manage to stay fit and put in a decent run in the league then that could be a real bonus.

Yer what Fatty??? Appearance conditions????

Smartly turned out, brushed hair, clean shaven, sharp creases on his freshly ironed shirt!!!!

What on earth are you on lad!!!!!!!!

clean shaven, these days? More like well oiled beard, and at least one arm with 90% tattoo sleeve coverage ;)

Put appearances conditions in his contract?

not an expert on HR stuff but I know that in most professions you can't get away with being off sick forever. Usually they either get you back in working or "manage you out" of the company one way or another.

Winco!!!!! NOOoooooo!!!!

I'm sure the ladies find Brayford a good looking young man but wanting him 'well oiled'. Frankly I'm surprised at you!!!:eek:

Lol. It's all changed since I last sported a beard, a whole industry now, beard care and fancy oil and all that. Not sure if the ladies like it or if it rubs em up the wrong way.

Ah..the lesser spotted Wallace, beautiful plumage but rarely seen on these shores...glad you got the chance to catch a glimpse last night...

Don't you think them stats are a bit misleading Mr Foulkes.the first few Seasons are when he was a young professional and he would not get much chance at 1st team level he probably played for there development squad but how often we don't know. Since Leaving Everton he has
Had a terrible time with injuries, that does, not mean he,s a crock,at 23 he is very young to write off personally I think he will come through this period and become a real player and if we release him some other club will take him and get the benefits. He has everything a midfield player needs to be succesful (perhaps score more goals ?) Get him through this frustrating time for him (we fans also) and potentially we have a player who could go all the way with us to the premier league.

think that's why WHF said "6 seasons. 82 games ", he hasn't included those first few seasons in his figures. And on just looking at the last 3 it's only 17 a season. Hope he can get a run together though.
